We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing the best patient care possible, with a focus on empathy. Our ideal candidate will be super comfortable demonstrating competency in all skills regarding nursing. If you can make others smile, even better!

What you'll do:

• Room patients, set up for procedures, assist with biopsies, Mohs surgeries and other dermatological procedures.
• Utilize computer software to chart patient visits into EHR.
• Keep rooms stocked, cleaned, and organized.
• Clean and sterilize instruments.
• Address medically related calls, from patients, pharmacies, and labs.
• Call in prescriptions and refills at the direction of the provider.
• Ensure all reports are in patient’s EHR for follow-up visits.
• Provide excellent and compassionate patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge of proper use/maintenance of all equipment relative to position.
• Perform suture removal and wound checks.
• Provide patients with pre and post-surgical information and follow up.
• Must be open to training and learning new techniques.
• Flexible to changes in workflows as needed.
• Attend staff meetings

Educational and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED certificate
• Bachelor's in Nursing
• At least 12 mos experience as an RN
• Experience in ER preferred
• Prior experience in dermatology preferred (if not, we are willing to train)
